I have been burdened to make a list of things that I need to do.  I pray that you find these encouraging and beneficial to you as well.

Things I Need to Do

1. Reckon myself dead yet alive through Christ – daily.
2. Love my wife as Christ loved the church and gave himself for her.
3. Trust God more.
4. Be prepared to obey God with whatever he asks.  Then, when He does ask I need to do it.
5. Yield my members (my body) to righteousness and not to sin,

Things God Promised to Do

1. Make the crucifixion of the old man a reality.
2. Empower me supernaturally.
3. As long as I am willing, He will guide me.
4. God will prepare me and transform me into what He wants.
5. Give me peace, joy, love, and power.

Praise God for He will never leave me nor forsake me!  God will empower me to perform the things that I cannot.  Honestly, I can’t do a single one of these without His strength.  God knows that and will supply for my need.
